EB-4 Religious Workers Services and Fees

The fee schedule for EB4 (fees are payable by personal or corporate checks)is as follows:

1.	Legal Fees (for our Office): $3,200 including spouse and children, payable at the commencement of the case
2.	Filing Fees( to the USCIS): Single Applicant
	I-360: $190
	I-485,Fingerprinting: $1010
3.	Federal Express Expenses: approximately $300 -$400

Note: The new filing fee of $1010 includes fee for applications I-485, I-765, I-131 and finger printing irrespective of whether I-765 and I-131 applications are submitted along with I-485.

These are expected fees for the year 2009. For new cases, we reserve the right to change our fees at any time without prior notice.
